1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging
- Sale and clearance items are not eligible for return

- If your return is approved, a refund will be issued within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout

4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service—we are not responsible for returns lost in transit
5. Exchanges
- We do not currently offer direct exchanges
- If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order separately
