1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging
  • Sale and clearance items are not eligible for return

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll start the refund process
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Include clear photos of the issue in your email
  • We’ll provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service—we are not responsible for returns lost in transit

5. Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges
  • If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order separately
